STARTING A NATIONAL DIALOGUE ON SCHOOL SHOOTINGS: A SURVEY FOR PARENTS, TEACHERS, SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND FIRST RESPONDERS

Please take a few minutes to answer our school survey.

At the charitable non-profit Institute for Complexity Management (ICM) we run what is called the National School Safety Collaboratory (NSSC). The NSSC is a national gathering place for parents, teachers, school administrators and first responders to share research and develop new ways to protect our children at school.

The results of this survey will be compiled and published at our NSSC website and used to initiate a national dialogue on the best approaches to curb violence at our schools and address other pressing school safety challenges.

Your responses to this survey are anonymous.

    Thank You

Thank-you for taking this survey and sharing your thoughts with us. This is only the first in a series of national surveys to solicit your opinions, ideas and solutions on safety issues affecting our children at school. Please visit the National School Safety Collaboratory (NSSC) in the near future to see a complete analysis of the results of this and other surveys we are conducting to establish based on your inputs a coherent national strategy for school safety. The National School Safety Collaboratory (NSSC) is a division of the Institute for Complexity Management, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to solving intractable social challenges. The NSSC is coalition of concerned citizens including parents, school administrators, teachers, first responders and scientific experts across all facets of school safety that are developing real solutions to the challenges of keeping our children safe at school. For example, the NSSC has developed inexpensive and easy to use software solutions to keep our children safe at school. Instead of reaction, the emphasis is on prevention using science and advanced technology in seamless ways to stop school shootings before they happen.
