John Stephen Reginaldi/Located in Maryland
John is the Regional Liaison Officer, National Capital Region and Western Maryland Region for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency. He is the Past President, and past Mass Causality/Physical Security Special Interest Group (SIG) Chair for the Maryland InfraGard Chapter.
John has a strong background in physical security and safety. He has performed numerous investigations during his 30 years in the public/private security safety arena. John is experienced in Emergency Management Planning, Response, Recovery and COOP planning.
John is a retired Baltimore County Police Detective (Crime Prevention Specialist); immediate Past President of the Maryland Crime Prevention Association; a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and International Association of Emergency Managers. He has conducted over 2,000 comprehensive security and safety vulnerability assessments throughout the United States for school systems, industry, businesses and government agencies. John served as an adjunct Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design instructor for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Community Policing Institute, which falls under the auspices of the Johns Hopkins University Continuing Studies Program. He also has worked within the private security industry and the Intelligence Community at the National Security Agency (NSA) and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).
John is a Certified Instructor with the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commission, prior Harford County teacher and high school coach and has a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Baltimore.If you wish to arrange an assessment, please complete the form below.
